Our Story

Inspired by a personal health scare, PreciseMDX co-founder and Silicon Valley tech veteran Guy Livneh was determined to dramatically improve the entire testing journey for labs, providers and patients. It took months for Guy’s care team to not only get access to the right kind of tests, but to receive the results critical to his path to recovery. It shouldn’t have to be this difficult for anyone, Guy believed.

Guy and his business partner of 30 years Mark Dorner jumped on the opportunity to help labs transform the entire journey with a modern digital innovative software, making it easier to provide customers with access to more tests for more patients, with faster results.

Today, PreciseMDX’s best-in-class solution helps lab management teams to modernize their lab and maximize its full potential.

Mark Dorner

Co-Founder and CEO

Mark Dorner is Co-Founder and CEO of PreciseMDX, the leading digital health diagnostics platform. Dorner has more than 30 years of experience leading digital transformation for global businesses ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

While working as the Chief Architect at RelayHealth (acquired by McKesson), Dorner and his team created the software later used as the basis for the physician revenue services platform that now processes more than $12 billion in financial and clinical transactions annually. Dorner also held the position of Interim Chief Technology Officer and Advisory Board Member at HearingFUSION and currently holds an Advisory Board Member position at SetSchedule.

Dorner started his career co-founding an online portal in Israel (later acquired by Microsoft) and served in an elite computing division in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is also a National Board Member at American Technion Society.

Guy Livneh

Co-Founder and CTO

Guy Livneh is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of PreciseMDX, the leading digital health diagnostics platform. Previously, Livneh founded the email security program enlocked and co-founded Sentrigo, a security software company (acquired by McAfee).

Livneh also held the position of Executive Vice President of R&D, Operations and Customer Success at Collarity, where he managed the engineers, IT department, and customer service personnel. Prior to Collarity, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at Tangent Logic, a software consulting company focused on enterprise applications and internet system architecture and consulting. Additionally, Livneh co-founded db.net inc. and Start.co.il (later acquired by Microsoft). Livneh is a graduate of the Israel Defense Forces MAMRAM program and holds a Bsc from Tel Aviv University in Math and Computer Science.
