PreciseMDX is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our Implementation Team. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will work directly with our customers to plan, set up, and assure successful implementation projects. The tasks include setting success criteria, ensuring proactive communication with clients and internal staff, setup and customizing our system, managing enhancement requirements and escalations, and overall project governance.

• Manage implementation of the PreciseMDX Platform ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and guidance to project resources and our customers providing impactful solutions.
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise of the PreciseMDX Platform including partner products as appropriate for your role.
• Be customer-centric in style and approach, with a genuine desire to create and deliver value for customers throughout the project and deliver an outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to proactively uncover additional customer needs and support documenting client requirements and expectations.
• Adopt and evangelize PreciseMDX’s implementation methodology
• Provide expertise in resolving advanced issues for existing customers.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience managing customer facing enterprise software projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget (at least 2+ years implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions).
• 5+ years of experience with supporting client process optimization and change management.
• Superior communication skills to convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to learn a new system and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A dynamic personality with an eagerness to learn what the client needs and the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical audiences
